Gary, Landlord of The Swan Inn, receiving two awards from Furness Branch Chair. First, Pub of the Season, Spring 2022 and Second, Committed to Cask award for his continuing support of Cask Ale and maintaining the quality of his beers. Furness Branch Chair presents the special award of Licensee of Excellence to Anthony Hutton of the Tower Bank Arms in Near Sawrey for his continuing support for Cask Ale and CAMRA during his (so far) 16 years at the helm.

After a break for the Pandemic, we are at last able to give our 'Pub of the Year 2022' award, this year once again to Old Friends in Ulverston. Graham and Andrea Wilson once again receiving their certificate. Paul and Lorraine Bibby of the Roa Island Boating Club once again get the Club of the Year certificate presented by our Chair. After two years unable to present awards it is good to see that we are getting back to a version of normal now!
